Senior ServiceNow Solutions Specialist

ServiceNow Expert Required

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow expert to deliver solutions and drive business value. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide guidance and support to deliver solutions using strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform.
• Maintain CMDB, Asset Management, and other Asset/Configuration Management repositories with excellent understanding of Infrastructure configurations, CI classes, and their relationships.
• Administer MID Servers and configure and implement Service Graph Connectors.
• Expertise in ACLs, ATFs, and Performance Analytics, as well as Subject Matter Expertise in ITSM and CSM modules including platform architecture, table structure, and core functionalities.
• Implement Integrated Risk Management with a focus on Policy Compliance Management, Risk, and Audit Management, and HAM and SAM.
• Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs and SOAP, and create integrations and automate processes using Integration Hub and Flow Designer.
• Perform Platform upgrades and clones, and evaluate and implement Security Center alerts.
