Facilitate requirements gathering and document requirements.

• Implement CMDB/SAM/HAM solution design using industry best practices.
• Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the team lead.
• Develop JavaScript server/client code.
• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.

Key Requirements:

• 7+ years of direct development experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• 5 years of experience developing ServiceNow CMDB/SAM/HAM modules.
• Experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads, transform maps, and transform scripts.
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Implementation Specialist – SAM/HAM.
