Job Title: ServiceNow Administrator

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid)

Duration: 8 Months (Possible Extension)

Job Summary:

• We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Administrator to join our team. This role presents a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and management of a robust security access model within a dynamic and innovative environment. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the security and efficiency of the ServiceNow platform, collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage ServiceNow platform security, including access control and data protection.
• Develop and coordinate access control lists (ACL) and entitlement creation.
• Configure system access requirements and manage user accounts.
• Collaborate with service owners to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Present design proposals for approval.

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow and Oracle Identity Manager.
• Experience with role-based access control.
• Scripting skills, similar to JavaScript, for access control.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Presentation skills for design approvals.
