Job Description:

• Develop, maintain, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing for ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, and CSM modules.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and validate solutions.
• Conduct end-to-end testing of ServiceNow workflows, catalog items, integrations, and custom applications.
• Ensure compliance with QA best practices and participate in release planning and defect management.
• Drive test automation initiatives where applicable within ServiceNow.
• Document defects clearly, track them to closure, and prepare detailed test reports and metrics.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful releases.
