ServiceNow Platform Architect

About the Role

This is a dynamic role that demands high functional and technical architectural expertise across ServiceNow, combined with professional maturity, client leadership, and the ability to operate effectively beyond IT—across lines of business, strategy, and transformation.

• Partner with clients to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including strategy, design, deployment, training, and change enablement.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and lead platform strategy and architecture across ServiceNow domains and complex implementations.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem. What You'll Bring
• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, etc).
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred. About Us
