About the Job
This is a technical leadership role that demands a high degree of functional and technical architectural expertise across ServiceNow, combined with professional maturity, client leadership, and the ability to operate effectively beyond IT—across lines of business, strategy, and transformation.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including strategy, design, deployment, training, and change enablement.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and lead platform strategy and architecture across ServiceNow domains and complex implementations.
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
- Conduct technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories; translate them into technical design documents and implementation roadmaps.
- Design solutions across multiple modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC) using best platform practices.
- Guide delivery teams through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Participate in pre-sales activities including RFIs, RFPs, and early-stage solutioning.
- Mentor and upskill team members on ServiceNow architecture, modeling, and delivery excellence.
- Stay current on the ServiceNow roadmap and emerging capabilities to drive client innovation.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing and reusable asset creation across the practice.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role performing full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules (ITOM, ITSM, ITAM, CSM, HRSD, GRC, etc).
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
- Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and client management skills—comfortable working with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite across both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to lead solution design extensively across the ServiceNow platform.
- Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
- Experience working as a consultant at a consulting firm.
- High attention to detail, able to meet tight deadlines while setting and maintaining clear client expectations.
