ServiceNow Solutions Architect

As a seasoned ServiceNow expert, you will play a pivotal role in crafting and implementing end-to-end solutions. Your expertise will be invaluable in leading the development of scalable and efficient solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow architecture, design, and configuration, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CMDB. Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS and Azure, and their integration with ServiceNow, is also highly desirable. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale ServiceNow implementations and have experience with agile methodologies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Leading the design and implementation of end-to-end ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to define the architectural vision and roadmap for ServiceNow implementations
• Overseeing the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules
• Architecting integrations between ServiceNow and third-party systems
• Providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams
