The role of ServiceNow Platform Architect is a highly skilled position that demands expertise in designing and delivering end-to-end ServiceNow solutions. This individual will lead the development of comprehensive, scalable, and future-ready solutions while guiding delivery teams through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

• Collaborate with clients to deliver ServiceNow solutions, including strategy, design, deployment, training, and change enablement.
• Lead platform strategy and architecture across ServiceNow domains and complex implementations.
• Partner with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
• Architect solutions across multiple modules using best platform practices.
• Guide delivery teams through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Requirements for Success

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions, with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD).
• Proven ability to lead solution design extensively across the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
