Expert ServiceNow Solution Designer

ServiceNow Technical Architect Position

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow technical expert to design and implement ServiceNow solutions that meet business needs.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and implement ServiceNow solutions for clients, leveraging expertise in CMS and/or ITx (ITOM, ITAM, ITSM)
• Participate in and lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities with top enterprise customers
• Mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices about SPM modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etc.
• Respond to Requests for Information/Proposals (RFIs/RFPs)

Key Requirements

• Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration with CSM or ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM)
• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow CSM or ITx (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) implementations with multiple stakeholders
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM) strongly preferred
