ServiceNow Architect

Job Description

As a trusted advisor, you will drive the transformation and automation of critical business processes by collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. You will define strategic ServiceNow-based solutions and support the development of detailed use cases to guide project implementation.

You will work closely with the ServiceNow platform owner to understand requirements and map them with ServiceNow components, providing feasibility assessments. The architect will be responsible for delivering high-level designs outlining the overall scope and architecture of proposed solutions.

Upon implementation initiation, the architect will develop low-level designs detailing functional and technical components to guide Functional Consultants (FC) and Technical Consultants (TC). Ongoing support will be provided to implementation teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.

The architect will define the ServiceNow roadmap for customers, advising the Service Owner on upcoming platform modules and features. They will assess how these new capabilities can be effectively leveraged within existing environments, enabling a well-informed and strategic transformation plan.

Effort estimates will be provided for new projects, ensuring timely allocation of resources from existing pods and the need for new pod resources. Demos will be conducted with customer stakeholders as required.
