As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorgan Chase within Infrastructure Platforms of Corporate Technology, you are an integral part of a team that develops high-quality architecture solutions for ServiceNow applications and platforms products.
Job Responsibilities:
- Define current state and target state architecture for the ServiceNow platform and Automation capabilities with interoperability and scalability across different technology stacks.
- Assess, design, and implement processes and configuration standards for current and future ServiceNow capabilities as a member of the Platform Architecture team.
- Collaborate with Product/Process Owners to design solutions meeting desired outcomes while ensuring platform integrity and control standards.
- Work closely with engineering and operational teams.
- Function as a subject matter expert in assessment, design, and implementation of ITSM frameworks using ServiceNow tools.
- Drive initiatives to identify, optimize, and automate manual IT business processes to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure.
- Lead the Digital Workflow talent pipeline through recruiting, coaching, and mentoring junior talent.
- Research emerging technologies, develop solution prototypes, and lead POC's with a passion for automation to enable speed to market.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
- Hands-on practical experience working with ServiceNow skills such as ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CRM.
- Advanced experience in building ServiceNow custom applications.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, services, and solutions.
- Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
- Practical cloud-native experience.
- Experience working in a matrix management model utilizing virtual teams.
- Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technology.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Additional ServiceNow certifications is a huge plus.
