As a Senior Lead Architect at JPMorgan Chase within Infrastructure Platforms of Corporate Technology, you are an integral part of a team that develops high-quality architecture solutions for ServiceNow applications and platforms products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Define current state and target state architecture for the ServiceNow platform and Automation capabilities with interoperability and scalability across different technology stacks.
  • Assess, design, and implement processes and configuration standards for current and future ServiceNow capabilities as a member of the Platform Architecture team.
  • Collaborate with Product/Process Owners to design solutions meeting desired outcomes while ensuring platform integrity and control standards.
  • Work closely with engineering and operational teams.
  • Function as a subject matter expert in assessment, design, and implementation of ITSM frameworks using ServiceNow tools.
  • Drive initiatives to identify, optimize, and automate manual IT business processes to deliver secure, scalable, and reliable IT infrastructure.
  • Lead the Digital Workflow talent pipeline through recruiting, coaching, and mentoring junior talent.
  • Research emerging technologies, develop solution prototypes, and lead POC's with a passion for automation to enable speed to market.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

  • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
  • Hands-on practical experience working with ServiceNow skills such as ITOM, ITAM, GRC, HR, CRM.
  • Advanced experience in building ServiceNow custom applications.
  • Advanced knowledge of cloud technologies, services, and solutions.
  • Ability to tackle design and functionality problems independently with little to no oversight.
  • Practical cloud-native experience.
  • Experience working in a matrix management model utilizing virtual teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build consensus among many stakeholders.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and willing to take principled bets on new technology.

  • Ability to forge strong relationships and build a wide network throughout the firm.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications is a huge plus.
