ServiceNow Platform Architect

Job Overview

We're seeking a ServiceNow Platform Architect to partner with clients to deliver end-to-end ServiceNow solutions, including strategy, design, deployment, training, and change enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to deliver ServiceNow solutions across multiple domains and complex implementations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in ServiceNow platform architecture and lead platform strategy and architecture.
• Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to position ServiceNow as a foundational part of their application ecosystem.
• Conduct technical workshops to derive actionable requirements and user stories.
• Design holistic, scalable, and future-ready solutions while leading technical delivery efforts.
• Architect solutions across multiple modules using best platform practices.
• Guide delivery teams through development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
• Participate in pre-sales activities and mentor team members on ServiceNow architecture.
• Stay current on the ServiceNow roadmap and emerging capabilities.
• Contribute to knowledge-sharing and reusable asset creation.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing and delivering ServiceNow solutions with a minimum of two years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration across multiple modules.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD).
• Strong communication and client management skills comfortable working with stakeholders from end-users to C-suite.
• Proven ability to lead solution design extensively across the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience working with agile delivery methodologies.
