Description and Requirements
We are seeking a ServiceNow SME to support our work with a Health client remotely. The successful candidate will configure knowledge base modules, templates, workflows, or access permissions and perform platform-level administration activities for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base Platform. Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a ServiceNow Knowledge Management Specialist, analyzing, organizing, and optimizing how information is captured, shared, and applied across the program.
- Maintain and curate the knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date and useful.
- Document problems, solutions, and communication scripts.
- Enhance self-service options and FAQs.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of knowledge base materials. Requirements:
- 4 years of related work experience required.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Able to obtain and maintain an active Public Trust security clearance. What We Offer:
