Job Description
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow SME to support our work with a Health client remotely. This role is contingent upon award and requires an active Public Trust security clearance.
The successful candidate will configure knowledge base modules, templates, workflows, and access permissions for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base Platform. They will also perform platform-level administration activities and maintain a curated knowledge base that is up-to-date and useful.
Key responsibilities include analyzing, organizing, and optimizing how information is captured, shared, and applied across the program. The role supports knowledge continuity, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making by aligning knowledge management practices with business needs and program goals.
Required skills and experience include 4 years of related work experience, a Bachelor's degree, and US citizenship without Dual Citizenship. The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is essential.
