Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow System Administrator Expert to support our work with a Health client remotely.
- Configure knowledge base modules, templates, workflows, or access permissions and perform platform-level administration activities for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base Platform.
- Support knowledge continuity, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making by aligning knowledge management practices with business needs and program goals.
- Maintain and curate the knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date and useful.
- Document problems, solutions, and communication scripts.
- Enhance self-service options and FAQs.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of knowledge base materials. Requirements
- 4 years of related work experience required.
- Bachelor's degree required. An associate's degree + 2 years of work-related experience or a high school diploma/GED + 4 years of work-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
- Due to federal requirements, candidates must be US Citizens without Dual Citizenship to another country.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is required.
