We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow SME to support our work with a Health client remotely. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, organize, and optimize knowledge management practices across the program.
  • Maintain and curate the knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date and useful.
  • Document problems, solutions, and communication scripts.
  • Enhance self-service options and FAQs.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of knowledge base materials. Requirements
  • 4 years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
