Job Summary

We are seeking a ServiceNow SME to support our work with a health client remotely. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring knowledge base modules, templates, workflows, and access permissions, as well as performing platform-level administration activities for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base Platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a ServiceNow Knowledge Management Specialist, analyzing, organizing, and optimizing how information is captured, shared, and applied across the program.
  • Maintain and curate the knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date and useful.
  • Document problems, solutions, and communication scripts.
  • Enhance self-service options and FAQs.
  • Ensure accuracy and currency of knowledge base materials.

Requirements

  • 4 years of related work experience required.
  • Bachelor's degree required; associate's degree + 2 years of work-related experience or high school diploma/ GED + 4 years of work-related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree requirement.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance required.
