Senior ServiceNow Architect

We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our dynamic team for a 6 months long project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management (ITSM) and a proven track record of successfully delivering ServiceNow projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HRSD, and others.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions. Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are required.
