Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and develop solutions to improve efficiency on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Evaluate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and implement solutions for Service Management.
  • Document and communicate insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
  • Work closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry knowledge of Service Management and ServiceNow functionality.
  • Design and develop applications and add-ons for ServiceNow.
  • Configure Workflow, Application UI, and Customize ServiceNow applications.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  • ITIL 4 Foundation Certification or higher.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience delivering IT services.
  • Minimum 3 years of ServiceNow experience.
