The Opportunity

CACI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the Luke Program within the Intelligence Community. In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain multiple ServiceNow applications while ensuring seamless workflow automation and integration. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance ServiceNow applications including ITSM, SPM, APW, CMDB, ITOM/ITAM, CSM, ATF, DevSecOps, Service Portal, and custom applications.
  • Write and review code, perform unit testing, and contribute to continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
  • Customize applications, configure workflows, UI, and APIs, and roll out new ServiceNow modules.
  • Manage configuration across all ServiceNow environments.
  • Collaborate with administrators and stakeholders to implement updates and solutions.
  • Work with Mission Partners to define IT goals and re-engineer processes.
  • Provide standards expertise (e.g., ISO 9000) and develop process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles.
  • Lead workflow presentations, training sessions, and group facilitation activities.
  • Act as a key coordinator across multiple teams to ensure enterprise-wide integration.
  • Support Agile teams using stories, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and other Agile/SAFe practices.

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree with 7 years of related experience, OR
  • Master's degree with 5 years, OR
  • Associate's degree with 9 years.
  • Extensive backend development experience with JavaScript and ServiceNow Glide.
  • Broad ServiceNow experience, including custom application development.
  • ServiceNow Developer Certification (CSA preferred).
  • Strong understanding of workflow and process management best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development, requirements gathering, and documentation.

Desired Qualifications

  • ITIL 4 Certification.
  • Experience in configuration management (tools, standards, and certifications).
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Additional ServiceNow certifications.
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and Jelly scripting.
  • Graphics design or UX/UI design background.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range: $103,800 – $218,100 (dependent on location, labor category, experience, skills, education, and certifications).
