Job Description

NOTE: This position requires passing a ServiceNow background screening, USFedPASS (US Federal Personnel Authorization Screening Standards), including a credit check, criminal/misdemeanor check, and drug test. Employment is contingent upon passing this screening.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop ServiceNow scoped applications utilizing all platform functionalities.
  • Support integration of third-party systems with ServiceNow, including MID server and REST web services.
  • Create and maintain API and data integrations between ServiceNow and other services.
  • Lead initiatives on integrating ServiceNow with new and existing technologies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI integration into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 4+ years of hands-on experience with JavaScript and REST API.
  • 4+ years with ServiceNow technologies: Service Catalog Items, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, Script Includes, Notifications, Table API, ACLs, and Workflow/Flow Designer.
  • Strong technical design, problem-solving, debugging skills, and quick learner.
  • Team player with good communication skills.
  • Proficiency with ServiceNow APIs and experience with modules like ITSM, ITOM, CSM.
  • Experience with third-party integrations and knowledge of ITIL and ITSM disciplines.
  • ServiceNow administration skills and certifications are advantageous.
