Job Description
The Senior Solution Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales revenue within existing accounts and with new logos in Italy for ServiceNow's Employee Workflow product suite.
This position is a high-profile growth opportunity that demands a highly motivated individual with strong sales, communication, and organizational skills who is eager to learn and become part of a rapidly growing company.
- Drive end-to-end sales initiatives focused on specific HR use cases
- Work closely with sales teams to accelerate opportunities by meeting directly with customers to provide product and industry insights
- Communicate competitive intelligence and activity to management
- Develop key sales and go-to-market strategies to establish ServiceNow as a leader in HR Service Delivery
Key Responsibilities:
- Be the voice of the customer and regional sales teams
- Drive sales initiatives from pipeline generation to closing
- Present our Employee Workflows solutions to prospects, customers, and at industry events
- Support regional partner channels to enhance customer experience
- Articulate customer success strategies and standardize solution presentations
Qualifications:
- Experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Focus on new business sales
- Experience in software or IT sales, managing large and complex deals
- Ability to develop business cases and ROI for customers
- Strong relationship-building skills at all organizational levels
- Executive presence and influencing skills
- Fluent in Italian and English
