Job Description

Overview: B&A is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support the modernization of our organization's asset management solution.

The initiative involves implementing the ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) module to replace the legacy OpenText Asset Manager, with the goal of improving asset visibility, lifecycle tracking, and audit compliance.

The ServiceNow SME will bring advanced technical expertise in ServiceNow applications, modules, and integrations, ensuring the solution aligns with business needs, industry best practices, and compliance requirements, including Section 508 accessibility to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards.
