Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM administrator to implement and manage the ServiceNow platform for efficient incident, problem, and change management processes. Main Responsibilities:
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow instance to meet business requirements.
- Develop and maintain service catalogs, request forms, and other workflow components.
- Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and changes in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all ITSM processes and procedures. Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in IT service management with a focus on ServiceNow.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ITSM processes.
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow features and functionality.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Priorities:
- Implementing and managing ITSM processes.
- Providing excellent customer service.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
