Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM administrator to implement and manage the ServiceNow platform for efficient incident, problem, and change management processes. Main Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow instance to meet business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain service catalogs, request forms, and other workflow components.
  • Analyze and resolve incidents, problems, and changes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all ITSM processes and procedures. Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in IT service management with a focus on ServiceNow.
  • Proven track record of successfully implementing and managing ITSM processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow features and functionality.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Priorities:
  • Implementing and managing ITSM processes.
  • Providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation.
