Job Overview The company seeks a skilled ServiceNow professional to support work with a Health client remotely. This role involves configuring knowledge base modules, templates, workflows, and access permissions for the ServiceNow Knowledge Base Platform. This position requires obtaining and maintaining an active Public Trust security clearance, contingent upon award.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, organize, and optimize information capture, sharing, and application across the program.
- Support knowledge continuity, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making by aligning knowledge management practices with business needs and program goals.
- Maintain and curate the knowledge base, ensuring it is up-to-date and useful.
- Document problems, solutions, and communication scripts.
- Enhance self-service options and FAQs.
- Ensure accuracy and currency of knowledge base materials.
Requirements
- 4 years of related work experience required.
- Bachelor's degree required. An associate's degree + 2 years of work-related experience or a high school diploma/GED + 4 years of work-related experience may be substituted in lieu of the degree requirement.
- Candidates must be US Citizens without Dual Citizenship to another country.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance is required.
