Production Service Developer 1

You will be responsible for investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving code issues related to the assigned software solution. As a member of the Production Service Developer team, you will analyze intermediate technical coding issues reported by internal or external clients. Your role will involve triaging and escalating incidents, problem management issues, and urgent matters that require in-depth knowledge to the appropriate internal resources. You will play a key role in providing support for release activities during go-lives and code deployments. It is essential to effectively utilize development processes and code repositories to navigate through tasks efficiently. Your responsibilities will also include making basic code and testing changes and fixes to address identified issues. Additionally, you will be involved in developing and executing test plans for basic diagnostic packages.
