Job Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow Administrator/Developer Specialist who will be instrumental in reimagining ServiceNow for a vibrant and innovative cruise environment. Your contributions will have a direct impact across our ships and shoreside operations, enhancing safety and operational efficiency. What You'll Do:

• Administer and support over 60 self-hosted ServiceNow Health & Safety instances in a Linux environment.
• Configure, customize, and optimize various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM and Health/Safety.
• Develop and maintain low-code/no-code RESTful APIs for custom ServiceNow solutions.
• Troubleshoot platform and Linux-related issues effectively.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver clean, documented workflows.
• Support governance, ensure license compliance, and assist with upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.

What You'll Need:

Required:

• 3+ years of ServiceNow administration experience (Incident, Change, Asset, etc.).
• Proficient understanding of Linux.
• Basic development experience and familiarity with APIs.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with a passion for continuous learning.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification or completion of the ServiceNow Fundamentals course.

Preferred:

• ServiceNow Developer or Implementation Specialist certifications.
• Knowledge of SQL / MySQL / MariaDB.
• Experience with on-premise ServiceNow solutions.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to perform essential job functions in accordance with ADA and other relevant standards.
• Sedentary work requiring sitting or remaining stationary most of the time, with occasional movement to attend meetings.
• Capability to perform repetitive tasks on a computer, using a mouse, keyboard, and monitor.

The pay range for this position is $40.00-$44.00 per hour (USD). Compensation may vary based on several factors such as location, experience, and education. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as access to a 401k retirement plan. Employees may also be entitled to paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws.
