This role involves configuring and customizing ServiceNow applications, managing user roles, permissions, and access control, as well as providing technical support and issue resolution.
- Responsibilities include monitoring system logs and performance, proactively identifying and addressing potential issues.
- The specialist will coordinate and implement new features, upgrades, and platform enhancements in line with release schedules.
- Maintaining thorough documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures for compliance and knowledge sharing is essential.
Please note that this position requires strong knowledge of ITIL frameworks, ITSM best practices, and proficiency in JavaScript, SQL, HTML, and CSS. The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience with custom workflows, scripts, portal design, and system integrations within ServiceNow.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline, along with at least 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a related technical field, is mandatory. Relevant certifications such as ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, and ITIL Foundation Certification are highly preferred.
