Contract Details:

  • Contract Duration: ~6 weeks
  • Start: 09/04/2025
  • End: 10/16/2025
  • Pay Rate: $25–$27/hour
  • Shift/Hours: Core business hours, Monday–Friday

Job Summary: The ServiceNow Support Specialist will play a key role in supporting the Learning and Development team as it launches an extensive technical training project serving ~1,500 participants across 70+ training courses. This role will be responsible for responding to inquiries via ServiceNow, troubleshooting issues, escalating complex problems, and providing user guidance, while also assisting with administrative tasks such as preparing learning materials, shipping, and room logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to user inquiries in ServiceNow
  • Troubleshoot and resolve tickets, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Provide guidance on ServiceNow platform usage to training participants
  • Perform administrative support including printing/shipping of training materials and room setup logistics
  • Collaborate with project team members to ensure smooth delivery of training support
  • Participate in virtual interviews and demonstrate strong communication and urgency

Required Experience:

  • Experience working with ServiceNow (SNOW) or similar IT service management tools
  • Strong customer service and problem-solving background
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, short-term project environments

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Experience supporting large-scale training or learning and development initiatives
  • Familiarity with project-based administrative support tasks
  • Previous work in hybrid office environments
