At Slalom, our ServiceNow team partners with clients to reimagine how work gets done, leveraging the ServiceNow platform as a strategic enabler of enterprise agility and operational excellence.
We seek a dynamic and experienced consulting leader to lead our growing global ServiceNow capability. As the leader for our ServiceNow capability, you will drive growth, excellence, and innovation within our ServiceNow practice.
Key responsibilities include defining and executing the strategic vision for the ServiceNow capability globally, collaborating with senior leaders to align investments and talent, and building and evolving offerings with a strong emphasis on Customer Service Management (CSM).
You will also act as a trusted advisor to our clients, understanding their business needs and translating them into actionable ServiceNow solutions.
Additionally, you will manage a team of ServiceNow consultants, architects, and developers, inspiring and mentoring them to achieve high performance and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years of consulting experience, deep domain expertise in ServiceNow, and experience managing a consulting practice to successful business metrics.
They must also have active ServiceNow certifications, strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a demonstrated ability to grow teams and develop talent.
