Job Title: ServiceNow Developer - Higher Education Solutions

As a visionary professional with a passion for transforming higher education, you'll design, develop, and implement custom ServiceNow solutions tailored to the unique needs of colleges and universities.

• Main Responsibilities:
• Developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow applications and modules, including workflows, forms, scripts, and integrations.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation, including design specifications, diagrams, and workflows for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
• Performing unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and functionality of ServiceNow solutions.
• Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and training for ServiceNow applications.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of the ServiceNow platform capabilities, strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies, cloud computing expertise, and excellent problem-solving skills.
• ServiceNow certifications are highly desirable.
