We seek an accomplished ServiceNow developer with a strong track record of problem-solving and software development expertise. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow principles, methods, and techniques, as well as experience in gathering requirements, database design schemas, and data modeling.

The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating on technical design, ensuring high-quality code, and developing custom integration components. Additionally, they will work closely with our ServiceNow System Administrators to resolve incidents and assist with designing and implementing new ServiceNow applications and services.

• Collaborate on technical design for architecture
• Develop custom integration components and integrate legacy systems with the platform using mid-server and other relevant technologies
• Document, maintain, and update policies, procedures, and controls for platform operation and software development life cycle while promoting agile development
• Assist ServiceNow System Administrators with incident resolution
• Design and develop new ServiceNow applications and services
• Assist ServiceNow Business Analyst in estimating release level of effort
