ServiceNow Solutions Architect – Germany (Remote / Hybrid)

Location: Germany | Travel: 30–50% | Permanent

I’m currently supporting a leading international IT services and software company that is expanding its ServiceNow practice and looking for an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to join their growing German team. The Role: As a ServiceNow Solutions Architect, you will:

• Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow customer projects.
• Work across CSM, FSM, SPM, SOM, and other ServiceNow modules.
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, value-adding solutions.
• Engage directly with customers, building trust and long-term partnerships.
• Drive best practices, mentor colleagues, and collaborate across teams.
• Deliver solutions on time, on budget, and within scope.

What You Bring

• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in complex implementations.
• Deep knowledge of the ServiceNow platform architecture, applications, and integrations.
• Strong background in customer-facing roles, solution design, and delivery.
• ServiceNow certifications (desired).
• Experience with Scrum/Agile methodologies (advantage).
• Fluent German & English.
• Degree in IT or equivalent professional background.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
