- Sr. Technical Consultant with an extensive experience around ServiceNow ITSM, CSM, APM and integrations.
- Experienced in building and maintaining Custom Applications per customer demand.
- Certifications and experience with ITSM, CSM, CAD, CSA.
- Great communication skill and Customer interaction experience.
- Well versed to implement ServiceNow platform modules and carry out integrations with 3rd parties.
- Experienced in triaging ServiceNow issues and Troubleshooting/Managing Incident queue while working directly with vendor support.
