Job Title: IT Business Management Software Lead Architect

Job Overview:

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow IT Business Management software solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Develop and maintain complex software architectures, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ServiceNow ITBM software solutions, including workflow automation, data management, and reporting.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Lead technical discussions, provide guidance on architectural decisions, and mentor junior team members.
• Maintain knowledge of emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in IT Business Management and ServiceNow.
• Contribute to the development of process improvements and standards for ITBM software solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect or similar role, with expertise in ServiceNow IT Business Management software.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and DevOps principles.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and integration.
• Familiarity with ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM domains, as well as related tools and technologies.
• Certification in ServiceNow, AWS, or other relevant platforms.
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
