Job Title: ServiceNow Technical Lead

Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Lead to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow and experience leading technical teams.
  • This is a great opportunity to work on complex projects and develop your skills in service management, configuration, customization, integration, and automation.
  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to design customer service solutions within the ServiceNow platform, configure modules, workflows, forms, and user interfaces, and integrate ServiceNow with other systems and applications.
  • Your expertise will also include developing and implementing workflows, business rules, and automation scripts to automate customer service processes.
  • In addition, you will build custom applications, modules, and portals within the ServiceNow platform to extend its capabilities and address specific customer service needs.
  • You will also be responsible for designing intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for customer service agents, managers, and end-users, and configuring dashboards, reports, and analytics within ServiceNow to provide insights into customer service performance, trends, and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • 6-10 years of experience in ServiceNow, with a focus on technical leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow CSM, ServiceNow Platform, ServiceNow Scripting, and Integration.
  • Experience with workflow automation, business rule development, and custom application development within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
