ServiceNow Developer

We seek an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong technical abilities, ITIL process knowledge, Scrum team experience, and excellent ServiceNow development skills. This position involves deploying and maintaining the CMDB and CSDM service models and supporting processes. Knowledge of infrastructure architecture is beneficial.

• Align ServiceNow capabilities with business strategy and roadmap
• Develop and implement new ServiceNow capabilities
• Assist with upgrades, skipped changes, and testing
• Stay current on ServiceNow products and technologies

We require a candidate with 3+ years of ServiceNow experience focusing on:

• ITSM: Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog
• ITOM: Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping
• Service Portals
• Flow Designer, Workflow, Virtual Agent Topics, Integration Hub
• Scoped Applications
• Test Management and ATF
• Application integrations using APIs, web services, scripts, transform maps, etc.

The ideal candidate has experience as an Agile or Scrum team member, ITOM Administrator, and broad knowledge of IT infrastructure topology. Strong communication skills and database fundamentals are essential.

We prefer candidates with experience in:

• CSM: Case Management, Agent Workspace, Communities
• Performance Analytics, Dashboards

A Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience is required. ServiceNow System Administration certification is beneficial. Experience with scripting, ITIL Foundations, and CCNA certifications are desirable.
