Technical Architect

Job Overview

Our organization is seeking a skilled Technical Architect with expertise in CMS and/or ITx to work closely with clients using a forward-thinking approach.

• Develop a comprehensive roadmap for achieving long-term enterprise goals utilizing the ServiceNow platform.
• Participate in or lead design workshops, development, testing, and deployment activities with top clients.
• Design business and technical architecture for how SPM can meet clients' enterprise objectives.
• Ensure high-quality delivery of SPM technical solutions adhering to ServiceNow best practices and standards.
• Mentor teammates on ServiceNow platform best practices regarding SPM modeling, platform architecture, customizations, etc.
• Respond to client requests for information/proposals (RFIs/RFPs).

Responsibilities

• Subject matter expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture and hands-on configuration with CSM or ITx.
• Experience delivering complex ServiceNow CSM or ITx implementations with multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated understanding of relevant enterprise processes.
• At least 3 years of experience working in a client-facing role in a professional services organization building and designing solutions delivered to the market.
• Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and Application Developer (CAD); additional CIS certifications strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated work experience in business and systems analysis, process and data modeling skills.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work with all levels of our organization.
