Manager/ Product Development /ServiceNow/

Sansar Tec is seeking a Manager, Product Development (ServiceNow) to oversee and coordinate complex IT product development initiatives on our client's ServiceNow platform. This role involves working closely with business owners, technical teams, and enterprise architects to ensure products meet organizational goals and technology standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate delivery of ServiceNow-based solutions from planning through implementation.
• Manage product roadmaps, release schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technical, and enterprise architecture teams.
• Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
• Track and report on development activities, release readiness, and risk mitigation.
• Lead solution testing, prototyping, and technical evaluations.
• Coordinate change management, stakeholder training, and customer communications.
• Ensure smooth transition of new features into operations.
• Align product development timelines with resources, funding, and procurement cycles.

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Equivalent job-related experience may substitute on a year-for-year basis.

Required Experience

• 7+ years in IT product development, engineering, or project delivery (software lifecycle management focus).
• 5+ years leading cross-functional teams delivering complex technology solutions.
• Strong background in product lifecycle management, release planning, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with ServiceNow integration, customization, and post-deployment support.
• Familiarity with Agile, iterative delivery methods, backlog grooming, and sprint planning.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for technical and business audiences.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, SharePoint 365, and collaborative planning tools.
• State Government work experience

Preferred:

• Experience with Florida IT project governance (60GG-1 through 5, F.A.C.).
• Government procurement and compliance experience.
• Knowledge of ADA, security, and enterprise IT standards.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps or similar product management tools.
