Key Responsibilities:

• Capture business and user requirements as stories with acceptance criteria.
• Drive stories into sprints and through to completion.
• Creates testing plans and engages end users in testing and knowledge training sessions.
• Knowledge on ServiceNow configuration as it relates to HRSD, Portal, and Knowledge.
• Manages support for HR Case resolution and manages individual and group HR SN access.
