We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on ServiceNow Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementation, Foundation Data alignment, and CMDB cleanup and enrichment. The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience as a ServiceNow technical resource, with a deep understanding of CMDB architecture, data governance, and platform capabilities.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery for ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB cleanup initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across IT, business units, and ServiceNow platform teams to define scope, objectives, and success criteria.
  • Drive data quality improvements, normalization, and reconciliation efforts across Foundation Data (e.g., Locations, Departments, Users, Companies).
  • Oversee CMDB health metrics, gap analysis, and remediation planning.
  • Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices, including CSDM framework.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and status reporting.
  • Coordinate with ServiceNow developers, architects, and data stewards to implement technical solutions.
  • Monitor and report on KPIs related to CMDB 3C’s - completeness, correctness, and compliance.

Essential Technical Skills and Experience required

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management within ITSM/ITOM domains.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, Architect, or Technical Consultant.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow CSDM, CMDB, and Foundation Data structures.
  • Familiarity with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Hub.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

Preferred

  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., CSA, CIS-ITOM, CMDB) are a plus.
  • Experience in large-scale CMDB transformation or cleanup projects.
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality frameworks.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business language and vice versa. Qualification
  • Must be educated to at least degree level or equivalent for this role.
