ServiceNow Administrator – UK

Location: Hybrid (UK-wide) Experience: 3–6 years

Responsibilities:

• Administer ServiceNow platform (users, groups, roles, ACLs, data).
• Configure forms, workflows, notifications, and service catalogs.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and Discovery schedules.
• Support upgrades, patching, and incident resolution (L2/L3).

Requirements:

• 3+ years’ ServiceNow Admin experience.
• Good knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
• Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal.
• Certifications: CSA mandatory.
• ITIL v4 knowledge preferred.
