ServiceNow Administrator – UK
Location: Hybrid (UK-wide) Experience: 3–6 years
Responsibilities:
- Administer ServiceNow platform (users, groups, roles, ACLs, data).
- Configure forms, workflows, notifications, and service catalogs.
- Maintain CMDB accuracy and Discovery schedules.
- Support upgrades, patching, and incident resolution (L2/L3).
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ ServiceNow Admin experience.
- Good knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
- Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Service Portal.
- Certifications: CSA mandatory.
- ITIL v4 knowledge preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary, Fixed term contract
