Job Description
As a Technical Architect with hands on SNOW platform with 12+ years of experience in industry, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the SDLC. You will play an important role in creating the high-level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition, and warranty. You MUST possess implementation experience of Domain Separation across MSP domains with a proven track record of data migration, integration hub / IDR and CMDB Modelling.
You MUST possess strong CMDB knowledge and has a strong experience on Integrations.
Deep understanding of either of Telecom Service Management (which is built on ITSM, CSM) and / or Telecom Service Operations Management (built on ITOM (IT Operations Management), with a core hand on experience in Integration hub and CMDB.
Strong exposure to Telecom domain is required.
Essential skills
- A fundamental understanding of ServiceNow modules, integration hub / IDR and hands on experiences with ServiceNow integrations (OOTB, Custom) with third party applications
- A deep understanding of ServiceNow domain separation strategy, implementation, and best practices with demonstrable hands-on experience across various assignments
- Hands on experience with third party Integrations, eBonding / Service Bridge specifically from Domain Separation perspective
- Well versed with Telco specific offerings and impact on objects / entities owing to domain separation
- Represent Infosys in customer RFPs, build ServiceNow Solutions that are adhering to the best practices
- Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate rollout of new applications and modules and configure Application UI and Configure Workflow
- Solution design experience in Service Assurance platforms (customer issue management, ticketing, inventory management, service & network diagnostic, network monitoring (application, experience, performance, resource), workforce management, self-service fulfilment) in global telecom operators
- Collaborate effectively with other ServiceNow consultants to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests, guide them achieve customer requirements and ensure compliances to the best practices
- Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, Scheduled Jobs - all scripted aspects of the ServiceNow system
- Business, IT Stakeholders & Vendor Management Skill
- Good experience in Agile way of working (Scrum, User Story, Sprint model), JIRA & Confluence tools
- Analyze the problem faced by the customer, participates in discussions with customer stakeholders to understand the problem, gather further data as required from the customer to define and document the problem and requirements
