Senior Enterprise ServiceNow Transformation Lead

Job Description

Our organization is seeking a seasoned Transformation Director to lead the implementation of a large-scale enterprise-wide ServiceNow transformation program. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the consolidation and modernization of service delivery through ServiceNow, replacing legacy platforms such as Remedy and Salesforce.

The Transformation Director will work closely with various stakeholders to establish strong governance, reporting, and assurance structures to ensure timely progress across multiple workstreams. They will also be responsible for managing risks, issues, and budgets, as well as ensuring that the transformation aligns with our organization's objectives.
