ServiceNow GRC/IRM Developer, Global Technology

Job Description Key Responsibilities:

• Create, configure and customize ServiceNow applications for new and existing implementations.
• Create and configure functional data such as Notifications and Service Level Agreements.
• Develop and implement script objects including Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies and Actions, Client Scripts, ACLs.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other platforms as identified by Solution Architects.
• Perform system and integration testing.
• Provide recommendations for Administration settings and best practices.
• Document developments, unit test cases and implementation plans.
• Collaborate effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture. Requirements:
• At least 5-6 years of ServiceNow experience including custom development and configuration.
• At least 2-3 years of ServiceNow GRC/IRC experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML and REST/SOAP Web Services.
• Deep understanding of ITIL and the ServiceNow platform.
• Ability to work in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
