Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow ITOM Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining IT service management solutions using ServiceNow ITOM modules.

You will have a good understanding of ServiceNow toolsets and experience with configuration and customization, including scripting (JavaScript), workflow design, and UI modifications.

Additionally, you will implement and maintain service maps and discovery schedules to ensure accurate and up-to-date configuration data.

Event management implementation is also a key responsibility, including configuring event rules, alerts, and notifications within ServiceNow Event Management to automate incident creation and response.

Experience with ITOM integrations and interacting with client management to answer questions, solve problems, and requests regarding complex system issues is required.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems, or related field preferred
• At least 3-5 years of experience working with appropriate ServiceNow ITOM functions and tools
• Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM space like discovery, service mapping etc.
• Experience working with company products and services
• Experience working with company and client documentation and ServiceNow ITOM Management procedures Preferred Qualifications:
