We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow business analyst with expertise in ITSM (IT Service Management) and SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management).
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, the ability to gather and interpret business requirements, and excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.
- Design, configure, and implement solutions in the ServiceNow platform to meet business needs.
- Conduct testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure accuracy and functionality.
- Assist in documenting processes, procedures, and best practices related to ITSM and SPM processes within ServiceNow.
The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology or a related field, and 5+ years of experience working as a business analyst or equivalent.
A solid understanding of IT resources and configuration management principles, data analysis and reporting skills, problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities, and technical documentation skills are essential.
