ServiceNow Strategist

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow expert to oversee the platform's overall strategy and administration.

• The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience with ServiceNow modules, particularly ITSM, HRSD, FSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configuration Management: Manage configurations, catalog items, flows, and SLAs to ensure seamless system operation.
• KT Sessions and Governance: Lead knowledge transfer sessions, audits, and configuration governance to maintain compliance and best practices.
• Automation and Performance Tracking: Drive automation initiatives, monitor performance metrics, and implement cross-functional workflows.
• Audit Readiness and Compliance: Ensure the system is audit-ready and supports regulatory requirements.
• Roadmap Planning: Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to plan and execute the ServiceNow roadmap.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Flow Designer: Proficiency in Flow Designer, scripting, ACLs, and integration is essential.
• ServiceNow Experience: 7+ years' experience with ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, HRSD, FSM, ITOM, and ITAM.

Additional Skills:

• Strong experience with metrics, SLAs, upgrades, scoped apps, and data handling.
