ServiceNow Software Asset Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Technical Consultant with experience in ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and customizing ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and SAM, as well as expertise in integrating ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize ServiceNow applications for IT Asset Management and SAM
• Collaborate with architecture team to design and implement solutions
• Optimize and maintain existing ServiceNow applications
• Integrate ServiceNow SAM solutions with other enterprise systems
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide technical guidance

Requirements

• At least 5 years of ServiceNow design and development experience
• Familiarity with SAM processes and end-to-end lifecycle
• Experience in developing and implementing ServiceNow SAM Pro module
• Programming expertise in Java, JavaScript, or other functional programming languages
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

Desirable Experience

• At least two full lifecycle ServiceNow SAM implementations
• Experience with custom integrations (REST/SOAP, Flow Designer, Data Stream, Scripted REST API)
• Experience configuring ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping
