ServiceNow Tester Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Tester to join our team.

This is a long-term opportunity for a remote worker based in India, with an immediate start available.

• Fully qualified and experienced Senior/Lead ServiceNow QA/Testers required.

Skill Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• A strong understanding of Workday HR, Colleague experience, and the employee-facing side of HR systems.
• Extensive ServiceNow testing experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

This position involves:

• Designing and executing test cases, including functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance tests.
• End-to-end testing: Designing and running test cases for employee processes that cross multiple systems.
• Testing data exchange between ServiceNow and Workday via their respective APIs (REST and SOAP).
• Workflow automation: Expertise in testing HR workflows that span both platforms.
• Performance testing: Evaluating the performance of the integrated systems under different loads.
• Regression testing: Conducting thorough regression testing for every ServiceNow update or Workday patch.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates should have:

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
